Problem: Get an Error when I try to start a new thread:
There is a known issue that creates an error when a user tries to start a new thread.
This issue can be resolved by the user.
Go to your “My Settings” Page under the Forums Page
Subscribe to all the forums
Update Your Settings
You may have to do this more than once to get the settings to “stick”. You should then be able to start a new thread without the error. You can also unsubscribe to forums afterwards. Our apologies for this inconvenience and we hope to have this issue resolved soon.
